New Years Day 2021

The last 3 months have flown by in a whirlwind of SO MUCH yarn, too many knitting needles to count and all knitting and crochet paraphernalia passing through my hands and into yours. I have met so many new people and reconnected with so many people that I have known for years. It has been a bit crazy and I will admit to a fearsome tiredness at times, but overall it has been a pure JOY to be here.

How do I talk about this past year? It has been HARD, for all of us. My hope is that The Goat brings a little bit of peace to your daily life so that you can keep on going. So that we can all keep on going.

Despite everything, I feel lucky. Truly, I am in awe that my dream of owning a yarn shop is now my everyday life.

Awe.

I am deeply grateful for each and every one of you who has visited, either in store or virtually. It is my great pleasure to nurture this yarn home for you and to share my love of knitting and yarn with all of you.

I look ahead to the coming year with hope and excitement. I have some fun ideas cooking in my brain for the shop and I look forward to sharing them with you.
