World Wide Knit in Public Day - June 13th
Come knit with us from 12-3pm on Saturday, June 13th as we participate in World Wide Knit in Public Day! This is a global event when knitters gather together to raise awareness about the craft we love. Fingers crossed for good weather so we can knit under the tent outside the shop!
2026 Maine Yarn Cruise - July 1 - October 12
Embark on a self-guided journey and visit local yarn stores in Maine. For those who haven’t participated before, the Maine Yarn Cruise is not an actual boat cruise, rather it’s a summer and early fall yarn crawl.
To join the fun, purchase a MYC Bag and Passport from a participating shop, then start your cruise and visit as many shops as you can between July 1st, and October 12th (Indigenous Peoples’ Day).
Stop by Cashmere Goat to enter our monthly raffles and enter to win our grand prize drawing!
If you visit all the shops, you can enter the drawing to win the End-of-the-Road Grand Prize—a $400 gift card and second place is a $200 gift card to the MYC shop of your choice. Throughout the summer, you can expect special events, local festivals, knit-a-longs, crochet-a-longs, prizes, and other fun.

Sunset Sail on the Schooner Olad- Date to be announced.
Join us aboard the Schooner Olad for a two-hour sunset sail in beautiful Camden Harbor, around Curtis Island. Bring a project, invite a friend, and take in the beautful views!

Wednesday Knit Nights 4–7 pm— No pre-registration necessary, just come and knit with us in a lively, social environment! We always have extra staff for Knit Nights, so if you need a bit of help, you can ask! This is a drop-in format, so you can stay the whole time or just stop by for a bit.
