It is sized for TODDLER, CHILD, WOMEN and MEN and includes all of the the instructions for Mittens, Watch Cap, Roll watch cap, Stocking cap and Roll stocking cap and every pattern is given for WORSTED and BULKY wt yarns.

Toddler, Child S, Child M, Child L, Women & Men

Yarn: each item has instructions for both Worsted & Bulky

Needles:
Worsted wt- #5 & #7 straight needles
Bulky wt #8 & #10 straight needles

Gauge: worsted wt 5 sts = 1”
bulky wt 3 1/2 sts = 1”
