Workshop Runs From 10am-2pm
Come learn to knit with us at Cashmere Goat!
In this one-day, in person workshop, we’ll cover the basics of knitting to get you started. You'll learn fundamental skills like casting on, knit and purl stitches and binding off. We'll also give you an overview of basic knitting tools and terminology, and we'll have fun doing it!
This workshop includes all the materials you'll need to start knitting, to be picked up in store before the workshop.
There will be a 1-hour lunch break, feel free to bring a bag lunch or plan a lunch in town!
Materials Included:
- 1 Skein Malabrigo Worsted yarn in a color of your choice
- 1 pair of Brittany US 8 wooden knitting needles
- 1 copy of How to Knit by Debbie Tomkies
Must be at least 14 years of age to participate.
